Re-Election Campaign for City Council!

Hi Friends,

Can you believe it has been 4 years already!?!?! Time sure flies and these last 4 years have been unprecedented, both in achievements and challenges. We have made great progress but there is still so much more to do.

To learn more about the campaign and stay in touch, please follow us on twitter, facebook, my blog at and my website at I will be providing regular updates as we go!

I am writing to you today to ask for your support and help during this upcoming campaign for re-election to City Council. Any successful campaign would not be possible without the help, energy and commitment of volunteers and donors. During the next two months, we will need assistance with the following:

Calls to Residents: We have a long list of residents that will need to be contacted over the coming weeks. If you are interested in helping with calls, please send me an email and we will provide you with some times the office is open for you to come in and call. We have a designated phone line just for the campaign and would prefer to use that to make calls; however, we can accommodate calls from home if necessary.

Canvassing and Flyer Drops: Need to get those steps in? We would love for you to join us as we connect with residents at their doorsteps. If you're interested in what I consider the best part of campaigning, send us an email and we will provide you with a schedule of canvass dates that work for you.

Lawn Signs: We need help assembling and installing lawn signs at homes and businesses that request them.

Campaign Donations: You can donate as little as $5 to as high as $1,200. Every dollar counts and will help pay for things like lawn signs, flyers, canvass cards, social media ads, and more! You can easily e-transfer the donation and we will provide a receipt, both scanned via email and an original via regular mail.

Your Support: Can't help but would still like to support? We would be more than happy to install a lawn sign and would very much appreciate you spreading the word with friends and neighbours!

Let us know if you can help by simply replying to with whatever you would like to do. Thank you so much and hope you are enjoying these last few weeks of summer!
